The current COVID-19 pandemic is causing significant delays in our distribution centre and in Australia’s Post networks. This could affect the timeliness of your order’s dispatch and delivery.
With limited staff operating at our warehouse, your purchase might take 1-2 extra business days to be packed and dispatched.
Once your order is collected by Australia Post, delivery could take between 10 to 14 business days depending on the area you’re located in.
We are still shipping to New Zealand, with an estimated delivery time of 6 to 12 business days according to the latest updates from New Zealand Post.
Orders can be tracked through Australia Post’s tracking tool using the tracking number emailed to you upon dispatch. No signature is required at delivery.

A signature is required upon delivery so please select an address where someone is available during business hours to receive your purchase. If for some reason your parcel cannot be delivered, a card will be left and you will then be required to pick up your parcel at the designated Australia Post Office marked on the card. Once the order has been dispatched, your tracking details will be emailed to you.
